Prepare for a Virtual Interview
 Research the company, the role, and the individuals interviewing you. Prepare a few questions from your research to ask at the end of the interview.

Technology Check
 We will provide you a link and access code to conduct your interview. Prior to your virtual interview, be sure to check your sound, lighting, and video camera. You may also want to do a test run with a friend or collegue. No need for last minute worry!

Dress for Success
 Make the best first impression! Dress for success, this means no t-shirts, no jeans, etc. Wear business professional attire. This is your first face to face interaction online - make it memorable! Be sure to smile, be energetic and show off your personality.

Choose a Setting
 Make it a professional setting. Find a quiet and private spot with a great internet connection. Be sure to find a location with minimal disruptions as well as an appropriate backdrop. It’s important to have a well-lit area so that your interviewer can see you clearly!
